Fresh Ingredients—ALWAYS.
WE USE ONLY THE FRESHEST ingredients in everything we make. We butcher all of our fish (Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, Mackerel, Fluke) for our sushi, sashimi and entrées. We make all of our sauces, salads and soups.
SURE THIS MAY TAKE a little longer, but Chef Moon takes personal pride in the food he serves at Blue Koi. We truly appreciate your patience, as the kitchen and the sushi bar can get quite hectic at times. But once your meal arrives at the table, you'll agree that every bite is worth the wait.
MAY WE SUGGEST that if timing is an issue for you, please dine with us early (before 4:30). Generally, seating is available.
